Winterfest Hartford returns to Bushnell Park for another season of free ice skating, free skate rentals, free learn-to-skate classes, and more. The rink is open Monday through Friday, from noon to 8 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am - 8 pm.

The rink may be closed for inclement weather; cancellations will be posted here and on social media. The rink will be closed when there is a parking ban in effect for the city of Hartford.

Please note: Children under 16 years of age may NOT be at Winterfest without adult supervision. Regardless, we strongly recommend that minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. We also have the right to ask for proof of age. Winterfest and Champions Skating do not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors; children and the behavior of all minors are the sole responsibility of their parent(s) or guardian(s), and parents/guardians may be held legally liable for all acts of the children under their care. Please make sure that minors act responsibly and in consideration of others, at all times. Anyone in violation of Winterfest rules may be asked to leave the area. We greatly appreciate your help in responsibly monitoring and controlling any minors in your care.
